Yes! Our services are available to anyone at any age. Whether you require help at home after surgery or mobility assistance, we are here to tend to your individual needs.
Our caregivers undergo a rigorous selection process including background and reference checks. Each caregiver is trained to meet the specific needs of clients.
We carefully match clients and caregivers so you will be able to build a caring, trusting relationship. You will have the same caregiver for every shift unless he or she is sick or on vacation. We have created a buddy program for the times your caregiver is unavailable. You will be supported by someone you know and trust.
Our customized care plans are always flexible and designed to meet your needs. You can make changes to your plan whenever you wish.
Our families have access to our confidential client portal where they can read Care Notes that are created after each visit. Whether you live nearby or in another province, knowing how your loved one is being cared for provides peace of mind.
We offer a free, local in-home assessment so you can meet our team and we can work with you to create a customized home care services plan. We will come to your home (or the home of your loved one) at your convenience. These visits are complimentary and there is no obligation.
