Razvan Isacescu

President & CEO

After Razvan has worked in business development and operations for more than 15 years, he discovered his passion for health care 10 years ago, when he started managing one of the most reputable health care companies in the Lower Mainland, both as a private company and part of a big franchise chain.

His passion for the health care field grew even stronger after his mother was diagnosed with the Alzheimer’s disease and then his ideas on how to do things better in the health care field, both for clients in need of care and their family members involved in their care plans, were materialized in the new “Just Like Family” venture.

An enthusiastic basketball passionate, Razvan has played on a semi-professional level in Romania and continues to play on an amateur level in Vancouver and attend Toronto Raptors’ games, when possible.

Razvan can help with training in day to day business operations, accounting, human resources, marketing and is available for our franchisees 24/7 for any questions.

What I like about Just Like Family’s Caregivers is that they are very caring and dependable so I trust them with my life.

The connection my parents have with their Caregiver is that of a close friend, not an employee that provides a service, so they can’t wait for the days when she visits them.
