Jennifer Eberts runs a franchise consulting company, Eberts Enterprises Ltd, and has done so since June of 1994. Jen’s mandate is to help Canadian franchises expand across Canada as well as branch into the USA and Europe.
Jen works with her clients, who are the leaders in their field/industry, and she works very hard (with them) to build the profile of who their perfect franchisee would be from a skills and personality perspective. She then goes out and creatively finds the right people.
Jen believes very strongly that in order for there to be a good match a franchise applicant must also be a natural fit in terms of the vision and values of the company and executive team.
Jen is never interested in “selling” franchises, but instead in “awarding” franchises where both the franchise company and the franchisee will benefit from the relationship and will remain in partnership for years to come.
